About the Role

Mirhaa Taxation is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our tax consultancy services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Identify and engage potential clients in need of tax consultancy services, including corporate tax, VAT, and excise tax solutions.

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure continued satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver professional presentations that clearly communicate the value of Mirhaa Taxation’s services.

  • Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed sales targets in alignment with company objectives.

  • Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform business strategy and identify new opportunities.

  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports to the management team.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure consistent and high-quality client experiences.

Candidate Requirements

  • Experience: 2–3 years of proven sales experience, preferably within tax consultancy, financial services, or related sectors.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related discipline is preferred.

  • Skills:

    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

    • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets

    • Strong negotiation and closing abilities

    • Ability to simplify complex tax and financial concepts for clients

    • Self-motivated, with a proactive and result-oriented mindset

    • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
