Filing done properly
A VAT return is only as good as the records behind it. We reconcile your sales and purchase data, verify input VAT eligibility, apply reverse charge on imports correctly, and file through EmaraTax with proof of submission — every quarter.
- Sales & purchase reconciliation each period
- Input VAT eligibility review (blocked items excluded)
- Reverse charge treatment on imports & services
- EmaraTax filing with submission proof
- Payment guidance before the deadline
- Voluntary disclosures for prior-period errors
The 28-day rule
Returns and payment are due within 28 days of the tax period end. Late returns attract AED 1,000 (first offence) and AED 2,000 (repeat within 24 months), plus percentage penalties on late payment.
